How Branding is the Ultimate Self Defence Technique.

So what's the difference between branding, martial arts and real street fighting?

Simply put, branding is influencing.

The goal of branding is to position yourself in such a way that your opponent feels he is smothered and can't move anyway except backwards. Even though he has the irresistible urge not to so. That brand is called YOU. Confused? Please let me explain.

You must first build your own personal brand taking your skills, your personality, and the unique characteristics of your fighting style and package them into a powerful system that will deter or defeat anyone who dares to attack you.

As we said at the start today branding comes first why? Well the real fact is that nothing happens until you develop your own personal brand. When your personal brand is crafted correctly any attack can be defeated virtually without effort.

But there's one factor more important than your techniques and even your skills. It's your mindset. You see, having the right frame of mind in a stressful situation such as, a violent attack will bring you more victories than your ability.

Having the will to win at all costs no matter what it takes is paramount if you want victory over a violent drug-crazed monster.

This type of personal branding is called differentiation and is the critical key to winning. As well as making you stand out above the crowd. Moreover, the process of developing a personal brand is simply linking who you are with what you do in any given situation.

Did you realise your personal image is what your attacker instantly see, hear and feel, or perceive at a glance when he's looking for his next victim. At the same time, your personal brand is what the attacker thinks of you before he makes his move.

Personal Branding Is The New Self Defence Currency.

You already know the expression; you can only make one first impression but is it true? After all it may be you have shown no will to fight, or just have a passive attitude towards your attacker. Only before the fight starts of course.

In other words, if you have no other choice and have to fight then you become the predator you change into a roaring lion and your win at all costs mindset takes over. Turn the tables on the attacker he's now the victim.

This is your branding strategy so that when the going gets tough you're red hot and you're ready to communicate to him your own personal brand of combat. Winning. Bam, Bam, Bam.

Why build your brand around you? Look at it this way, we live in a violent culture-a culture that doesn't want to be told anything, rather people want to do what they want no matter how they behave and with scant regard for their fellow man.

The truth is it's become a more violent society so it's important you don't become the next victim. In short, when you craft your personal brand correctly, you won't just be another police statistic because you'll win every fight virtually without effort.

Best of all, your attacker won't even know what hit him. If muck hits the fan you're ready to face and deal with it.

How Do You Become Good at Self-Defence?

All things being equal if you hit first pre-emptively you'll win. So don't let the fear of striking out hold you back. In personal branding, there's one factor more important than your techniques, your procedures or your resources, and even your skills, it's your personal technique, your one or two main favourite and practised techniques will bring you more success than learning hundreds of techniques that will not.

Remember, to use only your personal best techniques the ones you know actually work. Although, what works for you may not work for everyone make your brand a unique combination of strategy, speed, power and 100% commitment.

Unlock the hidden secret of real self-defence which is you have to be first, furious and above all final. Then leave.

Make Your Branding Everlasting.

Just as branding is all about training in just one or two effective moves and getting good at them. The chosen techniques still have to be good enough to inflict pain and hurt so that you can put your attacker down and out in quick order.

Two final points, select your chosen techniques carefully. Study them, perfect them use only proven, simple and effective techniques and introduce your attacker to your own personal branding.

Branding should be the cornerstone of your training because it is an important part of your real world self defence which is defeating an attacker. Therefore, it is a critical key to success in a violent confrontation.

Here's to your commitment to PERSONAL BRANDING and a safe future.

Cues, Clues and Signals that Allow You To Detect an Attack Before it Occurs!

The word 'AWARNESS' is mentioned many times in real self-defence training. Indeed, I talk about it often in my own manuals. Because it is so important in self-protection.

Why? Well you must understand that self-defence is about recognising the clues, cues and signals that allow you to detect or anticipate a potential violent situation before it occurs. This is what sets the professionals apart from the rest.

Self-defence is not only about physical techniques. In order to protect yourself properly you must also learn to develop what is termed by the professionals as 'mind mapping'.

You see, by using mental maps you will be able to anticipate and avoid confrontations before they happen. Let me explain, someone who wants to do you harm and confronts you face to face gives out certain clues, cues and signals before he makes his attack.

Now a lot of those clues are invisible to the untrained eye. Where as people trained in mind mapping will be able to recognise them and act accordingly to the threat. Thus, giving them more chance of survival.

However, untrained people will ignore and not even notice these signals therefore; they are placing themselves in a dangerous position. So learning to read the signs will allow you to interpret patterns and predict outcomes so that you can respond to what ever happens to confront you.

Mental mapping is an essential part of self-protection procedures but for them to be truly effective you must refine them by learning how predators bent on violence go about their daily dirty business of hurting and robbing people. Plus, how and why they choose their victims.

This means, learning to recognise their behavioural patterns and their victim strategies. Next, you must develop the skills to resolve those confrontations.Through experience and by consistently applying prevention and awareness strategies they soon become habits and then automatic.

"Successful Self Defence is not about winning a fight but avoiding it"

If you don't understand this you are missing the point.

Real life scenario training drills will desensitise your fears of violence. By increasing your ability. Lack of knowledge or experience in mind mapping leads to people becoming naïve when it comes to their own safety.

In turn, they end up placing themselves in dangerous situations oblivious to the danger signs. So they are unlikely to react effectively and just freeze with fright and shock under severe stress.

Mind mapping in the martial arts often means unrealistic perceptions of whatreal combat is like. Sparring in the controlled environment of a dojo, is simply that, and should not be confused with the chaos, blood and snot of a real street fight or attack.

Unfortunately 80% of all martial arts techniques will not give you the ability to defend yourself effectively.

In conclusion, real-self defence means developing and using accurate mental mapping. By building a mental database of knowledge about self-protection and awareness strategies will teach you how to react so that if violence comes knocking on your door you'll know how to react to it in the proper fashion.

The instinct to survive is in all of us therefore, protection and awareness through mind mapping, building mental maps in your mind is far more important than developing only physical techniques.

Best of all, most of us already have them all you have to do is dust them off and improve the ones you already have.

So what are you waiting for?

I'm Shocked! Why So Many Trained Women
Freeze in a Rape Situation?

I have a question for you? Does the martial art or combat art you are training in allow you to take out an opponent effectively and quickly?

Firstly, let's get one fact straight. Nobody can prevent a violent, unprovoked and surprise attack on your person that comes out of nowhere delivered by some drug crazed psycho.

Who for no other reason has decided that you are to be his next victim. Maybe, you just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Which regrettably so often appears to be the case.

But, and it's a big but, if you train in any martial art in a dojo (training place) then you must understand and be quick to realise that a fight in the dojo whether it's karate, judo or any other form of martial art it is just that. In other words, you are confined by rules to prevent injury to yourself and more importantly your opponent.

What's more, a lot of the real self-defence type moves are removed from the system because they are too dangerous. Therefore, the watered down sports kick or blow is designed to score points, push your opponent back or distract an attack at best.

In short, you are using techniques to win the fight (in the dojo) in a controlled environment.Your self-defence training is not meant to hurt anyone. Yeh right!

It's true, accomplished martial artists can stand up to attackers but the majority of these people have dedicated their lives to training their bodies and minds. They end up top in their art.

However, most people will never aspire to those dizzy heights plus, it's most likely you do not have the time nor the inclination to spend years and years training in hundreds of different techniques, with the added knowledge that most of the moves some quite complex ones will not hold up in a real life or death street situation.

One of the most challenging issues on this subject is introducing realistic scenarios into the training programme mix. It is also one of the most controversial.

But one reason I believe so many trained martial arts women freeze in a vicious rape attack is their lack of real- life scenario training.

Let me explain, the one thing that most martial arts schools do not do is put there students under real aggressive attack situations verbal as well as physical in order to experience and recognise what role adrenaline and increased heart rate plays within the body.

When your heart rate goes from 160beats per minute to 200 bpm, which it will under very extreme pressure such as: someone attacking you. Therefore, it's most important that you recognise the signs and symptoms and use it to your advantage.

Guess what, it won't matter if you have trained for years and years it will still happen.

It's the body's natural function to get rid of the waste it does not want. As well as, drain from some parts and move to others the blood in order to protect the body's most vulnerable areas.

This can result in your legs starting to shack, wanting to go to the toilet, feeling sick, tunnel vision, loss of movement etc, etc. These are just some of the symptoms. The commonly used term for this is: The adrenaline dump.

The above paragraph is a very brief and basic description of what can happen to you under stress. But I'm sure you get my point. If you want a more detailed description on the subject see my other publications below:

http://www.SimpleSelfdefenceTactics.com

http://www.SimpleSelfdefenceforWomen.com

Hence, any complicated moves just go straight out the window your brain just will not let you perform such techniques. Those once easy to do moves suddenly become impossible.

Worse still, some people simply freeze and can't do a thing to stop what is happening to them. No matter how much training they have had.

Unless, and this may explain why some trained women freeze when attacked in the street. They have been exposed to real life scenarios, tough pressure and contact training in the dojo, specifically designed to push their stress levels through the roof.

Unfortunately, too many of those women victims have relied too much on the watered down sports techniques we spoke about earlier that were learned in a controlled environment.

"You often hear people say after a violent assault, I just froze I couldn't do anything".

That's because they have not been taught or experienced the true effects that adrenaline has on the entire body under high combat stress conditions.

Not knowing how to deal with it is in my opinion one of the main reasons why trained women still freeze under real- world- life or death situations.

Isn't all this, the very things that most people start training for in the first place. Sadly, many are still not being taught any of this information even today.

So they end up going into a confrontation with overconfidence lack of knowledge and techniques that are going to get them at the very least pummelled into the ground.

Real Self Defence is all About Surviving Not Scoring Points.

The point I'm making is this, if faced by an actual violent street attack, you will be scared everyone is even the person who is attacking you.

It's a natural body reaction. Your body will not react as it normally does. Things that were easy to perform suddenly become hard or impossible to do.

So realistic scenario training where you actually get to strike the target, as well as understanding the effects of adrenaline and increased heart rate has on the body will help you deal with extreme stress situations.

On top of that, you'll give yourself a much better chance of survival should an attack take place.

Fights and rape attacks haven't changed just the way we deal with them has.

For the trained martial artist to survive on the street man or women any technique used has to be proven to have worked and useful.

What's more, choosing the right combat system could make the difference between becoming a victim or not.

In real self-defence you have to go past the myths and the hype and use simple practical and effective moves.

Forget what looks good don't try to perform the pretty Hollywood moves but do little in actual combat to the attacker.

Make no mistake about it; simple techniques will be helpful in actual self-defence where you're fighting for your life on the street, at work or in the home.

Now that you know this, pick a sport for enjoyment and a combat self-defence system for survival.

Remember, As in life, on the street you may not get a second chance.

"Simple Self Defence Tactics Are The
Best To Use In A Violent Attack"

"Every Morning You Wake Up, Life Stares You Smack in the Face. And it Say's TODAY - You Gonna Live or You Gonna Die?"

The question is who survives on the street and who does not?

It's Not the Fastest, Not the Smartest, Not the Strongest.

The species that survives is the most able to ADAPT!

Therefore, - as a martial artist are you going to do the same things you've been doing in the dojo but don't work on today's mean streets? Or are you going to ADAPT and change?

Or are you going to die or get seriously injured the very first time you try to use one of the 100s of useless pre-arranged techniques you've learned in the controlled atmosphere of the dojo.

Understand, we now live in the 21st century not feudal Japan.

That said, I firmly believe that traditional martial arts still have a lot to offer. but you must realise that a lot of the techniques being taught are not effective in street fighting.

Even worse, if you try some of these moves on the street you could find yourself in trouble plus, you could be seriously injured or even die as a result.

One example is the X block technique against a edged weapon, which is shown in many martial arts books etc. This move is not recommended on the street.

Why do I say die? Well I don't want to shock you or be overly dramatic but if you don't adapt to the changing types of violence that is happening on our streets as we speak, then you are one step closer to Non-Survival in an attack.

Remember, complicated techniques don't work. They never have.

Keep it simple and win.

YOU ADAPT! Or you DON'T survive. So what's it going to be?

You going to change? You going ADAPT? OR are you going to Die?

A simple solution: Do a self defence/protection course, read training manuals such as:

http://www.simpleselfdefencetactics.com

http://www.simpleselfdefenceforwomen.com

Act Now!

And, protect yourself in any way you can.

Stay safe and good training.

So What Are the Best Striking Points On
The Human Body For Self Defence?

As human beings we've all got weak and strong points. So it makes sense to use the weaker points on the human body in any self-defence situation.

Over the years, this has happened with things like suites of armour; there has got to be things like hinges, gaps and openings or else the armour would not move. And, it's these gaps that were used many years ago by attackers. For instance: they would use small knives to strike in the armpit area or at the back of the legs.

In fact, wherever there's a hinge or movement, there 's a gap and that's similar to the human body.

If you're a 6 stone female, a punch to a normal point on the body will have little effect if an 18 stone man is attacking you. Rather, you need to make maximum use of minimal force. Therefore, we need to understand the best targets areas to strike.

There are all kinds of names for these striking points for instance: pressure points, weak areas, to name a few. But names are irrelevant. What counts is the fact that you know where they are and that you can strike them in a real situation.

You can find these weak points yourself. After all, if you press a point on your body and it hurts, you will know that if you really hit that point on someone else's body, it's going to really hurt them too. After all, if someone accidentally pokes you in the eye it hurts, right?

That's why you need to know where these targets are, and the best strike for these targets as well. The best things to do is get a poster, or something similar from a shop or wherever and then mark these points on the chart.

Next reach forward and touch them, because you need to be accurate. In fact, the most of the good striking areas are about the size of a mans watch dial or smaller.

What's more, you will need to hit that target when it's moving as well. It's a bit like table tennis, hitting a small target/ball that's moving fast, so your accuracy has to be high.

Think about your own body. Let's start at the head. The places that are most sensitive to you are the eyes and eyeball, under the nose and into the throat.

Now, there's little point hitting someone on the chin if his jaw is as hard as your fist, but if you think about someones eyes, as long as you hit in the vicinity of the eyes it will have the desired effect.

If for example, you're riding a bicycle and a fly goes into your eye, you will more than likely fall off. It's as simple as that. Even with just a little touch the fly has caused massive pain.

Under the nose is a very sensitive area. The throat between the chin and upper part of the chest is extremely sensitive. All animals protect their throat. It's a great target area.

As you come down the body, the places that can't be attacked are covered quite well by muscles the chest for example is covered by the pectorals. But people have to breath.

When you breathe out your muscles tighten, breath in and they relax. The solar plexus. If you can strike this - it's in the V of the rib cage - just give it a jab when breathing in, and than when someone is breathing out, a strike here can double them up. A closed fist or elbow works effectively in this area.

The legs, knees, shin, neck, ribs, kidneys to name just a few, can all cause severe pain and disability to the person on the receiving end if these point are struck correctly.

Also, wherever there's a joint there is a weakness. The weakness on all joints is when you use lock and levers on the outside, and strikes on the inside of the joint. All the main nerves and arteries are on the inside of limbs.

So you'll find that it is more sensitive to hit the target on the inside than the outside. If you have ever been kicked on the inside of your shin you'll know that it is much more sensitive to pain. In other words, it hurts a whole lot more.

A good way to find these areas is to use a pencil with a rubber on the end. Prod yourself to see where the areas are. This will tell you the best locations to find the points. You can even mark them up on a punch bag or target dummy.

These targets make self-defence easier and you might as well learn how to use them. A small strike in the eye is much more effective than say, ten right punches that don't land very well. But you need to be accurate and you need to remember where the targets areas are.

Plus, you need to remember and practice striking at the joints and other weak points of the body. For women a good tip is to strike at the eyeballs and low balls at the same time. Why? A man cannot defend both at the same time.

Use thumbs, elbows, knees to these points and you can disable someone without a lot of effort. In a real confrontation you will need to make sure you are accurate and know where these targets are. So practice, practice, practice.

What Are The 3 NATURAL Weapons That We All Have?

'AWARENESS' is our first and foremost resource. It doesn't matter what ability you have in a physical sense. If you don't see the threat coming you won't be able to deal with it pro-actively.

You see, awareness is the very power base from which we operate and from where ALL Personal Security measures begin.

The second 'weapon' is BODY LANGUAGE.This relates to how you carry yourself as you go about your daily life. Obviously,if your demeanour portrays you as meek and mild, then you may increase all likelihood that at some time in your life you may come across those who are looking to take advantage of you.

So you want to create an OUTWARDLY positive self-image, that clearly states that you are a confident and alert individual. Just by standing tall and walking at a brisk pace with confidence is an immediate indication to anyone that you are a switched on individual which will, in turn, make you less likely to be selected as a victim of attack in the first place.

Finally we have INSTINCTS. Most people who are attacked remember feeling a hunch, an intuition, a non-verbal perception before something physical happens - the feeling that something is wrong.

The sooner we act on this intuition the more likely we are to be safe in the end. That's why, I am a FIRM believer in our instincts acting as a sixth sense. I have always believed that if your instincts indicate that something isn't quite right that it would be sensible to listen and act accordingly.

If you have not done so already check out some of the links in this blog. You'll be sure to find something for you and there is some great information to be had in all of them.

Next time I'll tell you about a guy who has never lost a fight. And his has more than 2,000, true. So be sure to check back regularly for the latest www.SimpleSelfDefenceTactics.com information.

The Art of Deception. The Muggers Guide to Crime!

If you ever find yourself staring face to face into the eyes of some brutal, vicious street mugger you will be making a terrible mistake if you ignore one of the muggers main weapons. The art of deception.

You see, the mugger has been trained in dirty fighting with no morals to constrain him from robbing crippling or even killing you.

Let me give you an example: Late one night in a small Northern town in the UK, a man we'll call Mr D was walking home from work. The type of night when you're feeling cold and hungry and you just want to get home as quickly as possible.
Well that's all Mr D wanted to do minding his own business. Then suddenly a man stopped him and said: "Have you got the time mate". Before Mr D could look down at his watch BAM, BAM, BAM, Mr D was laying flat out on the floor knocked out cold.

But this attacker did not only proceed to rob Mr D of all his belongings but thought he would give Mr D a couple of good kicks in the body and head for good measure. What he did not realise was that Mr D was already dead. He died instantly as he fell backwards hitting his head on the concret pavement as he did so.

The attacker had used deception to distract his innocent victim by asking him a question thus, engaging his brain, it all happend very quickly he did not see it coming, neither will you unless you know what to look out for. A strangers innocent request may not be as innocenct as it first seems.

There are various means of deception and can be used for both attack or defense. The art of deception has been used in the combat arts from the begining. Actions such as: asking the time, spitting into the face, looking away from your opponant as though you are talking to someone else and as you look to see who BAM, BAM, it's all over and you haven't even entered the race.

With the above in mind, I would advise you to learn more about the art of deception because it could save you from becomming a muggers next victim.

Real street fights don't look anything like they do in the movies. Real street attacks happen without warning there vicious and the criminals will use deception tactics to distract their victim. Don't let it be you.

Turning Fear Into Power!

I was talking to a colleague of mine recently about his recent trip abroad. I was surprised by what he told me next.

He continued by saying that part of his journey entailed taking the train.
Feeling happy because it was the start of his holiday he found a seat and sat down. Across the aisle from him was a women and a man they were having a lively conversation.

Among the few people in the train carriage were two guys sitting about half way down the carriage from him. Hearing the women and man speaking English, one of the two, in his mid twenties, approached my friend and struck up a conversation with him.

He began insisting that they should get off the train and go for some drinks etc. My colleague was tired and had no interest in hanging out with these men and they made it known that they were a little drunk and kept insisting that they all hang out together.

No Nonsense Self Defence

The guy kept on and on insisting that he go out with them. At this point he said enough is enough and he bluntly, told the guy he did not want to hang out with them period.

One of the guys then turned around and with a venomous look said "who the ???? are you? To which my friend replied:
"You don't want to know who I am I and I don't want to hang out with you, so leave me alone".
He felt annoyed and embarrassed at this point.

His stop was coming up so he stood up and got ready to get off. He turned towards the door. As the train was coming to a stop he saw one of the men set his feet for an attack. It was a very subtle move but from so many years of martial arts and kumite training (free sparring), it was obvious. My friend prepared and adjusted his balance ever so slightly. He said to himself " Uh Oh, here it comes.

The Rumble!

As the doors of the train opened and he started to move out of the train one of the men who had been annoying my friend rushed toward him growling and after his blood. Luckily my friend had seen his preparation so was in a good position to repel his attack. He turned toward him and delivered a full force front thrust kick right into his groin. Ouch!

He actually went up in the air and his arms splayed out like a bird's wing and then he fell flat on his face and stayed down.
My friend said he will never forget the look on the other passengers faces when he glanced towards them.

He jumped out of the train and the doors closed with one of the guys still on the ground. The incident had happened so fast that most people didn't see anything. Some even turned to him and asked him what all the commotion was. To which he answered "Nothing at all".

The moral of the story is this: Just one simple technique is all you need. My friend dealt with the situation quickly and walked away, he did not pummel the guy into paper pulp or drag him off the train. He did what he had to do and left which is the right thing to do.

A friend of mine yes, I do have some, telephoned me the other day to tell me a story about a guy who had just been sentenced to 9 months in prison for protecting his home and family.

He told me that this man was awakened in his bed at 2.30 in the morning after hearing a noise coming from the downstairs area. As he came down to investigate he was confronted by a drug crazed thug who was attempting to steal his DVD recorder.

To cut a long story short, the upstart of all this was that the man who's house it was tackled the uninvited intruder, in the process of trying to bundle the burglar out of the back door he broke the criminals jaw, nose and ribs, accidentally of course, and ended up sitting on top of him out in the garden while he phoned the police to inform them of the incident.

Nothing wrong in that you might think. Oh No. The thug made a complaint against the homeowner for using excessive force and once again the justice system agreed.

Now bare in mind that the homeowner had no previous criminal record and his wife and four children were sleeping with him upstairs at the time. He was only an ordinary working man in his own home minding his own business and he still got charged for what he had allegedly done and they sent him to jail for it.

Actually he only served 3 months of his 9 month sentence. And the thug...well he got a community service order and did not go to jail at all. Is that justice?

Lets move on.

The Urban Warriors Way. . .

Did you know that according to a security agencies statistics one in every five persons in the USA will be a victim of a violent crime.

That's pretty shocking isn't it. Well now you have the chance to do something about it to make sure you are not in that number.

Listen if you don't know who I am get on over to the following website:
http://www.simpleselfdefencetactics.comand read the first few lines and it will tell you. Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and buy the manual.

In your hands you will then have almost everything you need to know about looking after yourself in your home or out on the streets.

It's not the size of the package but real-world information it contains inside. Go on do it now. Then come back and finish reading this blog. You can download the manual instantly. The secret to being able to protect yourself is in the title.

The Difference Between Martial Arts And Self defence.

There is a misconception among martial arts and self defence people. There are many good reasons to learn a martial art: especially for self control and self discipline for any age or gender.

However, there are a variety of martial arts and they serve many different purposes. Not all types are suitable for the job in hand.they are all valid but they are also markedly different and not necessarily appropriate for self defence.

But some in the martial arts business will try to sell you whatever they do as self defence. This means, before you sign p for self defence training, learn the differences between them all. Because it will save you time and money.

Avoidance Is Better Than Fighting.

The information in this blog is designed to help you avoid a confrontation and involvement in crime. by learning and recognising the counter active measures you need to take before any situation explodes into a physical encounter.

Benjamin Franklin was right when he said: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. And I for one agree with that. What's more, it becomes doubly important when you are talking about your chances defending yourself against an experienced and violent criminal.

You see, most people will not hold up to a real live blood and snot, all out attack. Unless that is, you learn to become the predator and not the hunted. Which means, you have to train yourself to turn your aggression on and off at will and be willing to match your attackers physical violence. The good news is with a little practice you can.

There are many issues involved about the decision whether or not to use physical force to defend yourself.

And before you make a decision one way or the other it would be best to learn what you can and cannot do by reading the manual The Secret Power of Simple Self Defence Tactics. Even if you already know your answer, read the manual. There are factors that if you are not aware of will put you in danger.

Actually, most crime avoidance is simple people skills. It is knowing how people think and act and how your actions will be received. Knowing crime avoidance techniques might acquaint you with what to look out for so that you don't unwittingly become a victim of violent crime.

And putting it bluntly, for most people that's been mostly pure dumb luck.

If you prefer to watch live a first class self defence DVD (Urban Combatives) that shows you techniques used by WW2 Commandos and Special Agents but brought up to date then I highly reccommend the following: http://tinyurl.com/22g8jb

Are You Fed Up Of Worrying About Being A Victim Of Crime Like So Many Others?

Would you like to be able to turn the tables on the criminal element in society...And get your own back!

Well you don't have to worry any more.

How 'Jake The Shovel'Helped Beat Off Robbers. And How He Ended Up In Jail.

On December 10th Jake Silverman, stooped down and picked up a shiny object which was to transform his life for ever.

But not for the criminals who had made him pick up the shovel in the first place.

Let me explain.

Imagine this scenario. It's late at night, It's cold and pouring of rain, your alone walking home from working late minding your own business. Suddenly you catch a glimpse of two men following you. You're not sure what they want, but you're hoping it's not you and your money.

Unfortunately for you. . .that's what they are after, and they will do what they have to do to take it from you.

Whatever it takes. Then a silhouette of a masked man suddenly steps out in front of you shouting give me your money. He's got a knife and it's pointing at you.

What Do You Do?

More importantly, what would you do?

What happened next was that the innocent victim was viciously attacked, stabbed in the stomach and body a total of 7 times. The tragic attack was unprovoked and very violent. But sadly not uncommon today.

I could go on.

But here's the interesting thing, It's not the attacker who is now sitting in a prison cell, it's the man who hit the attacker over the head with his shiny shovel when he run to help the man being attacked.

Who is this man? of course, its Jake Silverman who used his shovel to try and protect the innocent victim.

You see, from his hospital bed the robber had told the police that Jake, had attacked him first and used unreasonable force to try and stop him. And guess what, they agreed with him. So Jake Silverman sits in a prison cell thinking to himself what if I had not intervened by trying to help out. I would be free now.

I suppose you could argue that smashing someone over the head with a shovel just might be a little over the top. But given the circumstances what would you have done.

It's just another example of today's society whereby helping someone could get you into very serious trouble. Unless, that is you know what to do in such situations.

If I've scared you a little I'm sorry. But the worst thing is: it wasn't in a rough area. No. But in an expensive leafy suburb. If it can happen there it can happen any where.

Have you seen the papers recently? It's pretty hard to escape all the talk of crime, yobbish behavior, people getting beaten, robbed and even worse.

Fact is, you can't escape it. It's everywhere. No one is safe anymore.

But it donsn't have to be that way.

Instead of being a victim like so many people you'll be learning simple self defence tactics so you'll be able to turn the tables on the muggers that think they can laugh and get away with it.

But How?...

Well your first step is to go visit the website, read the letter and then buy the manual, http://www.simpleselfdefencetactics.com
Let me introduce you to a real-world self-defence system that you can start using straight away.

You'll learn a few secrets, advice and some of the best self defence moves to use on the street. The manual is called: The Secret Power of Simple Self Defence Tactics.

It's the type of stuff criminals don't want you to have.

Also, far too many people who are training in the martial arts or in a self-defence system and that includes the police and security personnel-take for granted that they all have to learn a few tricks and that's it.

When the reality of self defence is being able to handle a real-world self defence situation, rather than merely memorizing a preset string of moves for your next belt grading.

There are certain critical pieces missing from the vast majority of martial arts programs anyway. And it's those missing elements that must be managed in any physical attack if you want to walk away in one piece..

Remember, "the only people who believe that any given technique or skill is 'perfect' or unbeatable, has not been around long enough, or is lying six feet under the ground".

So if you really want to be able to use what you've learned you must give up your attachment to your perfect technique. Learning to handle your adrenalin and pressure scenario training are both far more important if you are to survive on the street.

Just one final thing before I go

I believe the information contained in the manual: The Secret Power Of Simple Self-defence tactics, is vital to you and your safety in this World gone mad.

But if you're really, truly, serious about self protection take a look at the following website. But I warn you this is at the extreme end of self-defence and therefore, may not be for everyone.

Go see: http://www.urbanclosecombat.com and be prepared because you've never seen anything like this. It's amazing stuff all on double DVD set. This is the self-same stuff Commandos and Special Agents used in WW2. Only it's been brought up to date for today's streets.

And after all: how would feel if you didn't know this stuff. Young, old, female, male. It doesn't matter.

And here's a fact: if the manual Simple Self Defence Tactics and the Urban Close Combat DVD's remove the smallest chance of something happening to you, they'd be worth every penny. Because when something does happen to you, you'd pay any price to reverse what has happened. Believe me.

Seriously, these DVD's are going to arm you with the same security tools used by the best guys in the World. And I highly recommended it to you.

I don't know how long these DVD's will be offered for sale, so I advise you to get over to the site right now and take a look if you are at all interested.

Stay safe,

Buz Campion.
